Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School is thrilled to announce that 2022 Alumnus Flynn Southam has won silver and bronze at the Paris Olympics 2024. Silver in the Men’s 4x100m freestyle relay and bronze in the Men’s 4x200m freestyle relay, adding to Australia’s proud history in Olympic swimming. What an achievement!
Flynn’s swimming career has been nothing short of remarkable. He consistently demonstrates excellence in the pool, including his performance at the 2022 Commonwealth Games, where he won gold in the 4x100m freestyle relay, 4x200m freestyle relay, and 4x100m mixed freestyle relay.
We are immensely proud of Flynn and all our past students who have excelled on the world stage in their chosen careers. Flynn’s dedication and success inspire us all. His achievements are a testament to the quality of education and values instilled at Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School. Well done, Flynn, on reaching your goals and aiming high!

Current Year 10 student Jeff Dunne is also achieving remarkable heights in his chosen sport, Breaking. He, too, is currently representing Australia at the 2024 Paris Olympics for Breaking. We look forward to watching him compete in August and sharing his results.
