We are a fully independent record label based at Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School in Northern NSW. At our core, we are all about helping young people get started in the music industry and giving back to those who need it most.
Our state-of-the-art recording studio provides a vital stepping stone for developing and emerging artists, producers, engineers, and music industry professionals. Here, our students are able to capture their unique skills and abilities, working in direct partnership with leading industry engineers, producers, and music professionals to take the next bold step in their creative journey.
Founded in 2019, Germinate Records was built on the belief that music can change lives. Profits from all of our recordings go directly toward supporting incredible causes, including charity donations, meaningful recording projects, and large-scale community events that propagate awareness and create action for those in need.
