Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School’s recent production of Beauty and the Beast was a celebration of talent, dedication, and creativity. With over 300 students auditioning, the final cast and crew delivered a magical performance, bringing this beloved story to life with energy, heart, and professionalism.
More than a love story, the production explored themes of courage, identity, and belonging, with students embracing these ideas both on and off the stage. From the commitment of the lead cast and ensemble to the precision of the backstage crew and the richness of the live orchestra, every part reflected the depth of student involvement and growth throughout the journey.
Under the guidance of Executive Producer – Deputy Principal Charlotte Lush, Director Amy Camer, and a dedicated creative team, the production not only showcased exceptional performance but also developed confidence, collaboration, and lifelong memories. A remarkable achievement, Beauty and the Beast was a fine example of the performing arts’ strength at Lindisfarne.
