Bus Driver

Permanent Part Time Position

Commencing ASAP

Key competencies:

  • Must hold a NSW MR Drivers Licence or higher and hold a NSW Bus Driver Authority.
  • Drive allocated bus along specified routes and on excursions while ensuring the care, safety and comfort of Lindisfarne students.
  • Monitor and report on issues which may affect the service and timetable.
  • Maintain order among students during trips in order to ensure safety.
  • Keep the bus clean and in good working order at all times.
  • Work split shifts and rosters as directed and provide flexibility when needed.
  • Demonstrate high levels of professionalism in all activities.
  • Have an understanding of and commitment to the Anglican Christian ethos of the School.
  • Hold a current NSW Working With Children Check (or be eligible to apply for one).
  • Hold a current First Aid qualification (or be willing to obtain).

Classroom Teacher of Mathematics

Full Time Contract Position

Commencing 23 March 2020 to 17 December 2021

The successful applicant will:

  • Be experienced and innovative in teaching all levels of Mathematics with preferred applicants experienced in delivering Stage 6 HSC subjects.
  • Have a working knowledge of the NESA syllabus and assessment.
  • Maintain a positive and effective learning environment through well‐prepared and varied lessons, which cater to the range of student abilities and interests.
  • Set realistic and challenging academic standards for students.
  • Demonstrate knowledge, competence and confidence in their relevant subject discipline.
  • Have an understanding of and commitment to the Anglican Christian ethos of the School.
  • Hold a current NSW Working With Children Check (or be eligible to apply for one).
